Samdocola Healthcare Services Limited was established to support individuals and families across London who require specialist supported living and social care services. Our organisation was founded with a clear purpose: to empower young people and adults facing learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and complex care needs to live confident, meaningful lives.
We are driven by a strong commitment to inclusion, dignity, and equality. Our work focuses on removing barriers to independence, employment, and healthcare, ensuring individuals are supported to reach their full potential.

Our People
Our dedicated team consists of experienced support workers, care coordinators, and mental health professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality care. All team members receive ongoing training to ensure they provide safe, compassionate, and responsive support tailored to each individualโs needs.

Olawunmi Akinbola,
Managing Director
My goal is to empower both the people we support and our colleagues. I will brings over two decadesโ experience within public sector and government establishment in translating strategy into prioritising, achievable, and outcome, focused business and functional plans. I haveย developed considerable skills and expertise in a range of areas including Human Resources Management, Business and marketing of information, care operations inย general healthcare and mental health and retail. Iย attended University of Salford and Thames Valley University and completed courses in Post Graduate in Human Resources Management, BSc. Information Management, HNC in Public Administration and Social Policy from College of NE London and Certificate in Mental Health from University of Northampton . My aims is to focus on Samdocola Healthcare Services as a work place that all colleagues, external stakeholders, and service users are proud to be a part of, and that others want to join as a big team; where everyone can excel, capably and confidently deliver the highest quality of care for the people we support. I firmly believe that the development of meaningful, quality relationships throughout the Supported Living Accommodation for our service users, the teamย are the key to ensuring a place where all can benefit from an enjoyable environment and a greater sense of wellbeing both mentally and socially.

Ayodeji Onabanjo
CQC Registered Manager
Ayodeji has a career spanning of 35 years, he attended Middlesex University and completed BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice and LLM international Business Law and MBA from Thames Valley University. Ayodeji worked in health and social care in crisis centres for Children & Young People with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties across adult social care services supporting adults with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions and Forensic offending histories, and these roles have all been supporting some of the most unique, brilliant and complex individuals within the residential and supported care sector. He spent time in every role from support worker, team leader, deputy manager, Services Manager and Registered Manager, served in various senior operations roles around healthcare and community services. He has a strong background improving the young people.

Richard Ugochuwku,
Quality Officer
Richard has a background as an Enhanced Observation Mental Healthcare Assistant working within the UK healthcare system, bringing a strong blend of academic expertise, professional training, and handsโon experience to support patient safety and wellbeing. Richard holds a Masterโs degree in Environmental Quality Management, complemented by NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH certifications, which strengthen his understanding of risk management, compliance, and safeโworking practices in both clinical and nonโclinical environments. With several years of experience across private and public sectors, Richard brings a disciplined, observant, and personโcentred approach to mental healthcare. Richard’s background enables him to maintain high standards of safety, uphold safeguarding principles, and contribute effectively to multidisciplinary teams while supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs. He is responsible for the Quality Team, H&S Team and Compliance and Regulation Team.

Amos Hassan Akinyele,
Mental Health/Pastoral Care Lead
Amos Akinyele is a Mental Health Worker with a passion for supporting people on the forensic pathway, including those with diagnoses of personality disorders and with a history of drug or alcohol abuses, responsible for the delivery of high-quality mental health services. He is committed to a holistic approach to mental health recovery and creating a culture of safe and compassionate support. With over 2 years of experience in MH and over 3 years of experience as a minister of religion in the UK, he has a diploma in Health Care Chaplaincy, a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Theology.ย Currently, Amos is a key member of the Enhanced Observation Team of one of the NHS trust. Outside of work, Amos enjoys cycling and dancing.

Samuel Onabanjo, Volunteer – Sport/Education & Coaching Lead
Responsible for designing and delivering a regional transformation programme, increasing community engagement, quality improvement, and colleague engagement to vulnerable people struggling in education.
